For decades, Nick "Zorba" Galaxidas created wonderful memories at his landmark restaurant "Zorba's" in Sacramento, California.  It was a place where people came to dine, dance, laugh and build memories.  Within this site, we want to share some our memories of those golden days and invite you to share your thoughts, photos and stories with us as well.
